No, we provide low gluten pasta fresh on site with the same care and love as our regular pasta. While we are not a 100% gluten-free environment, as all pasta is made in-house, we take every possible precaution to avoid cross-contamination.

Why we don’t consider ourselves gluten free and how we handle our low gluten pasta:

• All of our pasta is cooked in the same water

• Made using a thoroughly cleaned pasta machine before each batch

• Shaped in a completely different pasta form so it’s never confused with regular pasta

While we do our absolute best to keep gluten-free diners safe, but we like to be transparent that traces of gluten may still be present due to the shared kitchen environment.

Yes. Yes, we do. All of our pasta is made fresh on site and completely egg free, which makes it suitable for vegans and those avoiding egg.

Several of our dishes can be made vegan, and some are already vegan by default. Our Pasta alla Norma (when ordered without cheese) is a popular vegan choice, along with our Sauci’s Napoletana Sauce.
