Yes, we make our gluten-free pasta fresh on site with the same care and love as our regular pasta. While we are not a 100% gluten-free environment, as all pasta is made in-house, we take every possible precaution to avoid cross-contamination.
Our gluten-free pasta is:
Cooked in separate water
Made using a thoroughly cleaned pasta machine before each batch
Shaped in a completely different pasta form so it’s never confused with regular pasta
We do our absolute best to keep gluten-free diners safe, but we like to be transparent that traces of gluten may still be present due to the shared kitchen environment.

Yes. Yes, we do. All of our pasta is made fresh on site and completely egg free, which makes it suitable for vegans and those avoiding egg.
Several of our dishes can be made vegan, and some are already vegan by default. Our Pasta alla Norma (when ordered without cheese) is a popular vegan choice, along with our Sauci’s Napoletana Sauce.
We mark all vegan items with (V) on the menu so it’s easy to spot.
If you have any dietary preferences, just let our team know when ordering and we’ll guide you to the best options.Please note that while we take every care in the kitchen, our pasta is made on-site, so we’re not a completely vegan or allergen-free environment.

Yes, always. Every morning, our team makes fresh pasta on site using the highest-quality semolina flour. We don’t believe in store-bought or pre-packed pasta — only the real stuff, rolled, cut, and prepared daily for the perfect texture and flavour.
Our pasta is made without egg, making it lighter, easier to digest, and suitable for vegan diets. You’ll taste the difference in every bite — fresh pasta holds sauce better, cooks faster, and makes your meal feel like a proper Italian home-cooked dish.

Our Kids Sauci range includes smaller portions of fresh pasta with classic favourites like butter and parmesan, bolognese or napoletana — perfect for tiny tastebuds. Fresh, simple, and made with the same care as every other Sauci dish.
